ProFoamer - 12 Volt Rechargeable

The 12 volt rechargeable compressor system N12VFG comes in a durable blue service kit. This system works with the Pressurized Liquid, Foam and Dust Applicators and is sold with a Foam Applicator. Liquid and Dust Applicators can be purchased separately.

The 120 volt AC compressor system NFP-2040 comes in a durable black service kit. This system works with the Pressurized Liquid, Foam and Dust Applicators. This System is sold with a Foam Applicator. Liquid and Dust Applicators can be purchased separately.

If you’re looking for a piece of equipment to provide 8 hours of continuous work but still be portable, then the 120 Volt is an ideal package. Once you have this basic kit you can expand from here by adding the Aluminum Cart and Tank at any time. With the 120 Volt Compressor and Foam Applicator, the system will deliver approx. 1 ½ gallons of foam per minute. With this output it takes 30 seconds (approx.) to treat a 16 inch wall void. PRO III 120-Volt

The Cart Mounted 120 volt compressor system PRO-III-120V comes with a 3 gallon tank that can be used for Liquid and Foam treatments. This system comes with 1 - 40 foot Twin Line Foam Hose, Multi-Gun and Slab Rod. Cart can be equipped with 8.75 Inch All Terrain Tires or 6 Inch Industrial Grey Rubber.

All Terrain N-5000

The Cart Mounted 120 volt compressor system N-5000 comes with a 4 gallon tank that can be used for Liquid and Foam treatments. System comes with 2 - 50 foot clear liquid treatment lines, extension wand and treatment tips. Cart is equipped with all terrain tires. Attachments such as Twin Line Foam Hose and Multi-Gun can be added easily to increase this piece of equipments treatment capabilities.

Large volume Tank provides lots of premix chemical solution and is Excellent for Liquid Misting of wall voids.

Because of the diverse chemical selection available the NPD equipment line focuses on the use of dedicated tanks, bottles and hose. This avoids the chance for cross contamination and eliminates the need for equipment sterilization between the uses of different products. The N-5000 is portable and can have multiple tanks unlike the standard one tank truck mounted systems. The N-5000 is 100 PSI capable and is used for Pretreatments, Attic treatments and exterior power spraying. The treatment Wand expands and is also equipped with a Quick Disconnect allowing for various Tip configurations.

Spot LD

The Spot LD (Low Dose) Chemical Applicator System is available in HAND PUMP and PRESSURIZED MODELS that work with our 12 volt DC and 120 volt AC air compressor systems. SPOT LD Applicators provide the Pest and Termite industry the flexibility needed in equipment selection for the application of Liquid, Foam and Dust products. Although the Applicators may look the same, each have been specifically designed for their function and are clearly marked on the top of each unit.

Treatment Procedures and Drill Hole Sizes

Drill sizes are 13/64 and 5/16 but can some times be drilled to the same as the tube size. Drywall is a soft material and drilling a 3/16 and 1/4 hole will work. Some applicators also use a sharp tapered tool.

Correct depth of penetration will improve the lateral movement of the foam to the vertical surfaces.

The pictures demonstrate foam’s capability to treat areas that dust or liquid applications may not reach.
